vocational counseling

The main activities of the vocational counsellors are:

  • identifying the skills, interests and competences of the beneficiaries and assessment of the vocational development level through specific methodological procedures: skills inventories, tests and instruments;
  • developing vocational profile
  • identifying the vocational routes
  • developing the employability plan
  • offering support for obtaining a job according to the level of training and psycho-physical characteristics of the beneficiary;
  • working with employers to identify vacancies and establishing general and specific conditions of the job;
  • post-employment counseling by managing the relationship between the beneficiary and the employer
  • motivational support given to the beneficiary
