The main activities of the vocational counsellors are:
- identifying the skills, interests and competences of the beneficiaries and assessment of the vocational development level through specific methodological procedures: skills inventories, tests and instruments;
- developing vocational profile
- identifying the vocational routes
- developing the employability plan
- offering support for obtaining a job according to the level of training and psycho-physical characteristics of the beneficiary;
- working with employers to identify vacancies and establishing general and specific conditions of the job;
- post-employment counseling by managing the relationship between the beneficiary and the employer
- motivational support given to the beneficiary
