Entrepreneurship is seen as "a key competence that can boost competitiveness and growth" and contribute "to the general good of society." According to a study on the impact of SMEs on the EU labor market, published by the European Commission in January 2012, 85% of the new jobs created in the EU between 2002 and 2010 were in fact created by SMEs. But starting a business and making it prosper is a challenge, no matter the place or the environment of entrepreneurship. There are various barriers to business creation and development, which hinder even more courageous entrepreneurs. The lack of entrepreneurial culture and the necessary tools for creating the company limit their survival. An OECD study indicates that on average one third of new European businesses do not survive their first year of existence. This project aims to provide supportive support to entrepreneurs through a system already in place in France, called "CAE Co-op". This feature allows people, unemployed to test their business idea before setting up their own business so they enjoy support and training for entrepreneurship.
