Project start SUNT ANGAJAT, DEVIN CALIFICAT -POCU/726/6/12/13594

The Center for Resources and Training in Social Professions PRO VOCATION - as beneficiary and the Bishopric of Caransebeș - as a partner announces the launch of the project Human Capital Operational Program 2014-2020.
The launching conference of the project will take place on Thursday, April 15, 2021, at 12.00, in the festivities hall of Metropolitan Nicolae Corneanu of the Caransebeș Diocese.
The general objective of the project is to increase the qualification level of a number of 651 employees in the West region through training programs related to the needs of the labor market. Increasing the level of qualification will be achieved by improving equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in a formal, non-formal or informal setting, updating the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce and promoting flexible learning, including through career guidance and validation of previously acquired skills.
The target group consists of 651 low-skilled or unskilled people from rural areas aged 25-65, especially those over 40 in the Western region.
Within the project, during the 24 months, the following activities will take place: 25 information and awareness sessions for 651 people on the need and benefits of vocational training; 35 professional counseling and group tutoring sessions and 651 individual counseling sessions for 651 people, by assessing individual skills and abilities and harmonizing them with individual interests and the labor market; 13 qualification training sessions and 12 specialization training sessions, organized for 651 people in the fields of beekeeper, church singer, landscape flower design, human resources inspector, project manager, primary accounting and responsible for personal data protection; Elaboration of the occupational standard for church singer and introduction of the occupation in the Nomenclature of Qualifications; certification of professional skills for 51 church singers.
Expected results within the project: 651 people informed about the opportunities in the project; 651 people advised and oriented for a new professional career; 651 people participating in the courses, of which 521 certificates; 326 advanced career people; 66 people enrolled in other courses; 100 beneficiaries of the diploma of equal opportunities and ICT; 51 church singers evaluated and certified. The total value of the co-financing of the project is 4,172,786.99 lei.
The project is co-financed from the European Social Fund through the Human Capital Operational Program 2014-2020.
