The launch seminar of the Y.Civic project, carried out by UNESSA, in partnership with seven other associations from Belgium (Center de formation Bonnevie), France (Citizen campus, AFEV, Bleu Blanc Zebre) took place in Brussels on 15-16 October. ), Italy (Associazone CUORE CHE VEDE), Poland (Barka Foundation) and Romania (Civitas).

The aim of the project is to contribute to a better understanding of the history and diversity of the European Union and to encourage the democratic participation and active citizenship of young people.

During the seminar were presented the Y.Civic project, the contribution of each partner, lectures on democracy, decision-making and civic participation in the European Union, but also on climate change and their impact on the environment. Each theme was followed by workshops, in which key topics were discussed and proposals were made for better involvement of young people and participation in the decision-making process of building the European Union.

Pro Vocație was invited to participate in the event as a key partner in the EU.Cool project, an initiative that inspired the current Y.Civic project.
