I AM EMPLOYED, BECOME QUALIFIED - HUMAN RESOURCES INSPECTOR COURSE

CRFPS PRO VOCATIE runs the course of HUMAN RESOURCES INSPECTOR within the project I AM EMPLOYED, BECOME QUALIFIED - POCU / 726/6/12/13594, project financed from the European Social Fund, through the Human Capital Operational Program 2014-2020.

The course is aimed at low-skilled or unskilled employees in rural areas, aged 25-65, especially those over 40 in the Western region, with secondary education. The duration of the human resources inspector course is 1080 hours, of which 360 hours of theory and 720 hours of practice. During the theory and practice activities, students will learn about: planning activities, communicating with employees, applying the legal provisions on occupational safety and health, preparing and managing personnel records, organizing staff recruitment, preparing the register of employees , preparation of the payroll of the employed staff and administration of the personnel records database.

Currently, the course is attended by 28 students. 14 from the Reșița area and 14 from the Caransebeș area.

The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Human Capital Operational Program 2014-2020.
