PRO VOCATIE is an NGO founded in 2001, based on training and professional evaluation. PRO VOCATIE created in Roumania the first Center for Evaluation the Competences for social field professions.

Our first principle is that all people have right to education, training, qualification and professional skills certification during all lifetime and without discrimination.
Our mission is to facilitate the acquirement of professional skills of our clients through a high quality training and professional skill evaluation.
Or vision is to preserve the first place in social profession training and evaluation area and to become in the next years one of the major training providers on the Romanian business market.

Georgeta

President

Georgeta is one of the founding member of Pro Vocatie. She is social worker, with PhD in educational sciences. She has more than 20 years experience in training, professional skill evaluation and project management.

Amalia

Program Coordinator

Amalia is social worker and she came for corporate environment. She has a major experience in coordination and standardisation of work procedures in the projects of training or professional skill evaluation.

Rodica

Financial Manager

Rodica is an economist, with relevant experience in entrepreneurship, business management, marketing, financial management and project management.

Lucian

consultant training

Lucian is our expert in training, play roles and educational games, emotional intelligence and attachment, child pedagogy and methodologies of training the trainers. He has a long experience in working with people from vulnerable environments (prisons, Roma and Sinti communities, disabled people), but also in business environment.

Mihaela

trainer and skill evaluator

Mihaela is an economist and has an experience of over 10 years in training and evaluation skills.

Madalina, Cristiana, Simona, Clara, Tina, Ana, Mariana, Alexandra are our experts in training on alternative early education. They specialize in Romanian-Danish pedagogy, proven in the successful project entitled RODACIE, implemented together with DGASPC Sector 1 and Via University in Denmark.
